I created an order to exchange 68K USDT (68,000.00 USDT) on the TRON network for USDT on the SOL network. At first they told me everything was fine. But a few minutes later, the live support staff told me that the exchange had suspended withdrawal. Apparently they use an “individual Bybit account”. So they don't seem to have a brokerage agreement with Bybit. From what I've seen on TRONSCAN, they first deposit the funds into a cold wallet and then deposit them into the Bybit user wallet. It seemed a bit of a beginner's job to do it. I asked them to send me money from another exchange but they refuse. It's not my money that's blocked, it's their exchange account. It appears that they have more than 10 million USD in reserves on CHEXCH. They can't pay my money, 68K USD? That sounds funny. It's been 78 hours since the incident. The problem is still not solved. I request CHEXCH management to take the necessary actions to solve the problem as quickly as possible. I will keep this dispute updated until the problem is resolved.
